Call for Volunteers from Members of the Friends – Keeper’s Gallery Tours 2017
There are plans to increase the frequency of conducted tours of the Keeper’s Gallery at Kew, later this year, for which there is a need for more volunteer guides. The tours would be weekly and on the same day each week, with two guides accompanying each tour. On average, each person would probably be required every 2 weeks. The tours last from 2.00pm until around 2.40pm, plus a small amount of preparation and clearing up time before and after (From October 2017 onwards, the tours will be held from 3.15pm until around 3.55pm). Training will be given, including a fire safety session.
